Description:

The plate-shaped insulation material has the characteristics of good strength, light weight, airtightness, corrosion resistance, anti-aging, low price, etc., and is widely used in roof insulation systems; walls of cold storage, barracks, grain depots and civil buildings Thermal insulation; ground construction of airport runways, plazas; civil works for roads and railways; partition systems for buildings, office buildings, factories, etc.

XPS equipment has two kinds of single-screw series squeezing machine and the same-direction double-series single-screw squeezing machine. The specifications are: Φ135/Φ

150 single screw extrusion ft machine series and Φ75/Φ150 same direction flat double series single screw extrusion ft machine. The co-rotating twin-screw squeezing machine can process ingredients consisting of many components due to its excellent mixing efficiency.

The newly developed CO2 foaming unit of Jwell uses CO2 instead of Freon and butane to produce XPS extruded board, which is green and environmentally friendly and low in cost.
