The main feature of the combined extrusion gasket in the aluminum profile extruder is that the extrusion gasket and the cleaning gasket are combined to form extrusion and cleaning at one time. The use of combined extrusion gaskets can shorten the extrusion period and improve the production efficiency. During the peeling extrusion of the extruder, the cleaning pad part in the combined gasket can also play a centering role and reduce the eccentric production of extruded pipes.
Due to the centering effect of the peeling extrusion gasket, it prevents the gasket from moving to drive the piercing needle to deviate from the center position, so the concentricity of the extrusion pipe is better.
